The sites that go for $500 are the arcades which already have established traffic. Your arcade looks a nice one. But it will still depend on the traffic if it goes for Low $xxx or will it go for High $xxx. It can be Low $x,xxx also. But as said before. It will depend on the revenue and the traffic if the website is for an appraisal.
