Sickest horror movie? ( as in you might get sick for watching it!)

    Some said Saw III but I dont think it's the sickest, actually I'm finding one. If possible tell me some completely messed up sick horror movie and I'll really appreciate it.

    The sickest horror film I have watched is Hostel. Dawn of the dead (remake) comes a close second.

    Hostel is pretty sick, but The Hills Have Eyes (remake) is really, really messed up, too. It has this disgusting rape/murder scene.

    House of wax.. that was really sick.
    Heard somebody got a heart attack while watching Saw 3 so that must be really scary too. Don't know if its the sickest but the texas chainsaw massacre was pretty sick :)

    Irreversible has the sickest scene ever. Actually, it has the two sickest scenes ever!
    The Blair Witch Project and The Descent were the scariest horror movies I've ever seen, but not really sickening.

    The post above was quoted for truth. Except the Blair Witch.
    Irreversible is pretty sick, but it's a good movie and The Descent was a great horror movie. By far the greatest.
