Don't waste your time or money!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I ordered this software 5 days ago and when you order it the site tells you after wards that you have to wait 4-24 hours for them to send you your login info and approve the account before the software will work. It has been 5 days Nothing.

    I have sent many emails
    Filed a Paypal dispute.
Tried posting in their pre-sales forum but you can't even post there unless your a registered user and they have to approve that first too before you can use it. Pointless..

Also BEWARE they post themselves that there is no refund and a Paypal dispute will get dropped by Paypal because it is an intangible good. So they are saying themselves that your screwed. So I guess they just think they are going to sit back and collect and do nothing.

What a scam if you ask me.

Be careful people. Do not order and subscribe to this.
:mad:And ya BTW you have to subscribe monthly...

That's just what the sites owner posted on their site. I'm sure if I call Paypal and explain to them and show proof they will refund me. Gonna call them tomorrow.

That's pretty interested. Don't forget to call paypal the first time within those 45 days. I heard that your first announce should be within this timeline just the like the dispute.

    Awaiting your response :)

Wow, I'm really surprised. They seem to have a good rep and I've certainly seen lots of people vouch for them who definitely aren't shills. I, too, am sorry to hear about your bad experience. Be sure to let us know what happens.

Goodluck people. I got screwed by sick. Well, not really because I won the Paypal dispute. Though they say you wont, I did! =)

I purchased this software via the website on January 16th. After purchase you can not instantly use it. You have to wait for somebody to approve your account. The site mentions this could take 4-24 hours. First of all that is BS! It should be instant after purchase. Second... I was never approved. I made the purchase, downloaded the software and waited for the approval. After days of not being approved and given access I submitted many many support request and they were never answered. I sent around 12 of them. One a day. Never got one single response.

So, even though their web site specifically say's you WILL NOT win a Paypal dispute against them, which ain't true and they have NO control of,I finally got my money back today. As funny as that is that they try to tell people they won't win one, their wrong and that info on their site is FALSE!

So if you plan to purchase this software be careful and maybe try to get a hold of them somewhere else first and don't get screwed like I did.

    Very disappointing situation for me.

I'm glad you won that dispute
I have heard a lot of times that Paypal rarely ever issues a refund on intangible goods, so you should consider yourself lucky :)

I have brought Sick Submitter one month subscription 2 days ago. Now I am running the bot. But so far i got 2 virus attacks and one of my hard drive has gone. I think Sick submitter is getting unsecured mail verification connection to mail servers so that my virus Gard says that it can not check those type of connections. Now I am installing to new PC. I will update what will happen next.

I run Sick Submitter and other similar programs in Sandboxie and haven't had a problem. It's free and easy to use. Give it a try.

The generally don't when a digital sale is successfully completed and the digital goods delivered. However, when you pay and
get absolutely nothing, they will reverse the charge out.
