Sick of adsense

I'm starting an arcade niche(yes I know theres too many out there), but ive thought of a new niche that might help it. I am very sick of seeing multiple clicks on my adsense, and not getting but like 50 cents aday because the ppc on adwords isn't paying jack. Has anyone switched from Adsense and had better luck with anything else? I use to use Adbrite, but for some reason, instead of putting up ads, it will put up an "Your Website Here" or w/e it is(can someone tell me why this is?)

If you're looking for PPC programs you can try with AdEngage, but probably your earning won't be higher than Adsense earnings, mainly if you get many clicks from countries like India or Turkey. Take a look at this thread for AdEngage GeoTargetting CPC prices.

You should definitely try out Zango. They have game and video feeds you can put on your site (no coding involved, just C&P) that pay around $.50 for every install. I've made thousands with them on one of my older sites.

you definitely should not.he runs an arcade not a warez site,so don't affect your users with that virusware.i don't care how much it pays.

the key is to use more then one ad source.
i didn't have any luck with adbrite on my arcades.
    adengage and VCM are good.
for adsense, use the link units and try the referrals.the imvu 3d chat pays 63 cents a signup.

If your traffic is good, try to get some CPM ads.

Well on AdToll the Games & Entertainment vertical is dominating and we seem to have a nice hoard of arcade and gaming sites and a lot are doing very well.

Might want to check us out - www.adtoll.com

It doesn't really matter what you think, you're not the one asking for help.

Anyways bigdnl, Zango is like any other program, it uninstalls from the control panel. And if your users don't want it on their computer they don't install it. It's that simple. The company is very upfront with what their software does (serves popups) and they make it so it's very easy to uninstall. They even go as far as prompting users a few days after to make sure they want the program on the computer. Does that sound like a virus to you?

    GL monetizing your arcade site.

It's adware not spyware. All the program does is serve popups.

chitika I been hearing alot, and adengage I thought would be my next move. Theres some really good post coming along here.

BTW, As I said before, for some reason adbrite won't post any type of ads besides Your Website Here, or w/e it says as a default advertisement. I thought adbrite had a default PPC advertisements in their code(similar to adsense), but I could be, or doing something wrong.

Stick with adsense, they pay more than others.

LoL That was over two years ago, things change, internet changes, laws change and so did Zango / Seekmo.

Back then it was hard to remove the Toolbar and you had to do it manually, these days it is LAW to have the removal process easy enough for a child to do and now it's a matter of add and remove programs and click remove.

Everyone refers to Zango as back in the days of hard to get porn and downloading the crap from Torrents and Share sites, I remember the must instal Zango .exe to play this media file.....them days are over.

Parasite meh ... it wont steal affiliate revenue, the affiliates are using seekmo and zango to advertise with (what does that say about the ones you're affiliated with or promoting) and the links, banners content on pages trigger the ad's of the affiliate advertisers.

So dude if you want to USe Zango go for it, there's many webmasters here that do, they just don't talk about it in fear of starting arguments and loosing rep.

never used chitika,so i can't comment, but adengage is used by alot of arcades.
with the right placement and with a low cpc you will sell ads.
adbrite takes a week to review a new zone.when they do you will see network ads.

could it have anything to do with the fact that they were fined 3 million dollars last year? :p
it doesn't change the fact they are still scumware.

    Sorry to hijack the thread,

LoL yeah do even know why ? cos of the Zango employee who thought he'd try out an experiment on MySpace and it worked, but he (claimed) to have forgot to take the exploit down.
