    And the fonts are small in site... moreover you can increase size lil bit and centre the whole layout in middle... and reduce the height of the top banner ofcourse..

    Some links are not working
    Change the font style if possible whole template.
    Make it some attractive.

    Almost all is pink. It is hard to catch the titles and navigation. Try different colors for those. Or if you want to keep it pink, make the tiles white on the pink bg. Also the header picture takes too much space.
