Shud i develop this site ?

I regd the name Like.fm ! Now If choose to develop it what can I develop into something like a last.fm ? How can embed music without legal issues ?

Any suggestion ?

There's a lot of options for that domain... Do a brainstorm and think outside the box

 

Since the extension is .fm I think there are less option for you other than music/entertainment. You can create a music fan site for sharing music or a music forum.

Hmmm... but why wud the big record guys allow their music to be played for free since no one wud pay to listen at my site !

Anyone has idea about internet radio stations ?

 

Will be there a legality cause if you'll start to embed the links to the music on last.fm?
Example: making a Flash player that can play a LastFM/radio stream..

 

I would go for a communitypage and a stream-radio or something like that but dunno about laws and stuff.

 

Well, the laws are definitely allowing to post last.fm links and distribute around that Amarok&Songbird players.. so any custom player & link directory for some popular sites will make a deal, then.
