If you are looking for free solutions, your best bet is SUPER video encoder (Here is a link to a review on my site: http://webvideotechniques.com/20/super-video-encoder) I just found it the other day and it is pretty awesome. I would recommend that you encode to H.264 with a MPEG 4 wrapper if you want the best quality (it will play using QT embed code). I checked out your link and it looks like you have a flash player, not a MOV player. For that you will need to encode to FLV for maximum compatibility. Download SUPER and give it a try, if you get stuck, post a comment on my site or PM me and I will try to help.
Yes its a flash HD player it can play YouTube streaming videos, and any kind of video file that Flash Player supports ( FLV / H.264 encoded video including MP4, M4V, M4A, MOV, Mp4v, F4V. And thanks ima check it out and ill let you know how it goes. Thanks
square? if you mean 800x600 then because i made it that big ima resize it when i get video's sorted also may b changeing the play etc buttions and add advertiseing within the video player
