showthread.php disable from hosting side

Yesterday my hosting send me this email after then email me and my members can;t access show thread.php now this page show me this error

where as My cpanel service status if fine anybody tell me actuly what should i have to fixed

It means that you are using excessive resources. This can be either because your forum has grown large or there could be some malicious code in the script causing excessive resource usage.

If it is due to large no. of users, you may need to buy plans allowing more resources. You may also try disabling some features.

 

could u tell me what should i do

 

upgrade to a dedicated server or find a different hosting company

 

Maybe look into getting a VPS. If budget allow, then get a dedicated server.

You will have to change your host thats the only option you have. Can you share who is your current host ?

 

Upgrade it first.
