Hi all, I have a site. When i give search in Google as site:www.domain.com on Search the Web, it shows 42,000 results pages. When i give search in Google as site:www.domain.com on Search English Pages, it shows 800 results pages. I have check that when i select Search only for pages written in English from preference it shows only 800. How can i increse it. My whole site is in English. I have around more than 11,000 pages in English. Thanks.
Don't rely too much on site command. What you must do is to find a page Google says is not english, for example configuring Google to show "Translate this page". If Google says translate this page, then tell me.
When you use search something and get results from another language, Google shows a link next the site's title that says "Translate this page"
When I try myself to go in more detail into it I have found that when i give site:www.domain.com in Google search from the web it gives 42,000 results. But when i browse till 88th page then found that after 873 results, it only writed Urls of pages, Not any information about that pages or not cache version of pages..
Absolutely normal. Google loves to index pages it doesn't... very stupid. Funny cause they blamed Yahoo! to index duplicated pages
