Good question! That's one very high ranking site too. The owner must be cranking in some serious Adsense revenue despite their shifty ways...
That site is breakin' all the rules. Not only have they got more than the allowed number of ads, but they are also using misleading text above the ad blocks (e.g. "Current Jobs") and to top it off, the page has essentially zero unique, original content of its own. Naughty site.
