    Unfortunately mine won't go slower then this. I even crippled my internet card. Even shut down the com ports!

    Was that really your speed? My second post was with my internet crippled. Im a pc tech so I know how to do it. But the first one is optimize speed for this old computer.

    You should add me to msn i'll tell you how to make your connection faster.

    Edit I take that back. Im not sure if dial up can be configured for max speed. I would suggest FF2 with Fasterfox.
