I love Joomla as a practical CMS program. Here's an example of one to consider -didpublishing.com The splash page is just an HTML page but it redirects to the Joomla site. I hope this helps.

you can contact them for further details it really is quite powerful and besides that I use some other plugins like community builder and testimonials and e-mail marketing plugins. I could help you prepare a site since I am working on some other projects right now would not mind 1 more... However the fee for this software is becoming more and more hefty but I fully recommend it and I could get you everything else you need.
