All our sites that are in our portfolio have been developed on the Joomla CMS. You can see these by going to jenerate.com.

If you come across anything that you see on our sites that you think you could you, feel free to contact me and i'll be more than happy to see if i can help you.

Thank, yours is the best Joomla sites I've seen so far in DP. Very professional. I will let you know once I have contracted another project running on Joomla.

I'm still learning - as I just made the switch couple of months back. For example I still don't know how to duplicate this mod - which allow us to insert Javascript, html into modules.

I also don't know how to insert "html, javascript into content" - although I can easily did it in Wordpress. Lotta things to learn still...:D

But I tend to agree that Joomla is probably the best CMS out there - despite some reservation about it performance handling huge amount of data and pages.

    My Computer Guy - http://myveryownpcguy.com

This is my first website and first joomla website.
Really happy with Joomla its nice and easy to operate and has good support

    I am running joomla 1.5.7

    Components i am running are

Fireboard forum - for my forum
Community Builder - for website user profiles
Chrono Forms - used to create forms
Definition - used to define words on my site
Docman - used for file downloads
eXtplorer - used to upload files via ftp web browser
JV-LinkExchanger - used to exchange links
Recommend - used to recommed users to my site
Rss Factory - used to list Rss feeds
Seyret - used to display videos on site like youtube
Sigsiu 2 - this i actually used as a web links component even though its for contacts and it works well
    Simple Review - product reviews
    spsNewsletter - newsletters
    uddelIM - send messages
Xmap - create my site map

I also have intalled Oscommerce for shopping cart with pc pro builder and Atutor for online training

I also use the Joomla Wrapper for external sites to keep them on my website instead of leaving my site

i have some plugins installed but most relate to the above components.

I haven't intergrated Joomla,Oscommerce,Atutor to all use the same login yet but eventually will do so.

Wow, that's amazing! The PC builder is really impressive!

With Joomla I had the problem that once I started installing more and more components it got more and more difficult to integrate them properly, especially with the SEF URL component. If you can get the user registration to integrate though, that will be a big step I guess, though I imagine you need some programming knowledge for that?

BTW, speaking of SEF URLs, it's a shame you needed to do these '..index.php/url.html' type URLs - is that down to your hosting provider? I used to use Netfirms and among their many faults (I said goodbye to them a long time ago) was that you could not configure .htaccess properly so that it produced proper SEF urls. I guess it doesn't REALLY matter, but it would be nice to have "full" friendly urls.

Have a party coming up? Check this out:

Hire party music and wedding bands - www.hiremygig.com

Subject: a place for any entertainer, or performer to list their video files in order to get hired for a gig. The coolest part is that is free, so this is not an agency, is just a public place dedicated to entertainers.

In constant development and improvement, using seyret, sh404sef, linx and many other useful modules

I only have two I've designed which are fully functional right now. I just shut two sites down this week. You can see my complete site at:

    Xbox360EliteConsole.com
    MyEsthetics.com

and the ones in the works are:
    LennoxDesigns.com
    FlowerConnectionEaston.com

Does anyone know how I can put a vertical image to the left of the left nav on the LennoxDesigns.com site? it's driving me crazy! I can't figure out how to do it for the life of me! I want the plaid on the left side of the header to continue down the rest of the page.

I have one active joomla site you can check out at:

    Xbox360EliteConsole.com

I designed this one for my girlfriend:

    myesthetics.com

I'm working on these two right now:

    lennoxdesigns.com
    flowerconnectioneaston.com

I had two others but they weren't getting any traffic so I took them down. Let me know what you think!

    Here is mine

    http://gfxfree.com

This is free 3d model site with two sections, free section and VIP access.
People get VIP access through subscription which costs 5$ per month. For this I uses Account expiration control an extension for Joomla and VIP members will get high speed downloads, which is controlled by Docman another component for Joomla.

Here is my first Joomla shopping site...and below is my second. Both are looking great to me, and Im muddling through Joomla with my developer. They work fine on Firefox, Opera, and Safari...but neither site work in Internet Explorer and we just don't know why! The CSS is broken in IE and you cannot click on a product in IE...

    http://tinyurl.com/pq7csu

    and my second site...

    http://tinyurl.com/qtyzz4

Both are latest versions of Joomla and Virtuemart and are using SH404SEF as components, but not much else really...liking Joomla...if only we could fix the IE bug!
