    Im confusing thats why Im asking...

    Okay on AdSense Setup - Channels - Edit channel
    There is an option that says
    Show this channel to advertisers as an ad placement

    Is anyone know what is this and for what ?
    is something good ?

    I think it's like this.
    The advertiser can see the description of your ads on specific location, such as your ad unit 336x280 Top-center of the web page. They can put their ad directly on your site.

    if you look at the top right ad on this page, you see "Put Your Advertisment Here" on the bottom right of the adsense ad. thats what it is where advertisers interested in advertising on your site can click on that link to place ads on your site
