Buying Show Text when Hovering over image (wordpress theme edit Or plugin creation)

Hey Guys and Girls,

I need someone to adapt my theme slightly or create a plugin.

I'd like it so when you hover over one of the club images - it displays the first 100 words or so from the post, Or even better if possible the text I've assigned to show (sort of like an excerpt, I'd imagine) The only catch is, the text MUST show when you view page source - Which i'd imagine it would do anyway.

Could you send me additional information to https://hostultimo.com/get-a-quote/ . I would like to know if you would prefer this to be in a theme or in a plugin. To have it done in plugin would be more than if it was just in a theme. Also, it would take 2 days to complete this within the theme.

Just to be slightly clearer, I've mocked a quick draft of what i'd like

 

I actually came to see a plugin which does this kind of thing but you will have to rewrite the content to be shown in the dialog box and will not show the post content itself.
Note :- I have not gone through the content of and about plugin properly. Also I think its free.
