I've never set up a datafeed store... I see most of the stores are very nice and well done. Couple of questions..

    1) Is using BANs easy? Profitable? Easy to drive traffic?

    2) If I don't want to deal with the techie part of building a CJ niche store, anyone here can do that for a fee?

    Thanks

I thought according to ebay terms and conditions you cant have ebay or any off their trademarks in your domain name. You can only have it after the third slash.

Yep... I emailed them and asked if I could use "ebay" in the domain name... they said NO.... so anyone using "ebay" in the domain name will have a rude wake up call eventually...

Yeah don't invest a lot of time and money into a site before you do the legal homework on the domain name issues.

    Good call!

I've made this mistake before with affiliate websites... a long time ago I purchased a ton of domain names with well known brand/manufacturers in the dot com name. I still have a couple of them up and running, but I've been forced to shut most of them down. Getting cease and desist letters is no fun.

    Snap!
I registered ebaysearchpro.com, it must have taken them all of about a fortnight to get in touch, needless to say I took the site down pronto!

Wow you guys are really sharing your sites. I peaked in this thread not expecting anyone to actually show sites.

All the hardened old pros I know would never post their sites in a forum.
They've had too many ideas stolen and sites copied by the competition
    (i.e. other affiliates.)

I know all the DP members are cool, but you just don't know who is lurking
and how low they will go.

It's really cool you are sharing. N00bs can learn alot by seeing how different affiliate sites are done.

Just don't share a hot niche that's working for you or your main money sites. Before you know it you'll have 30 new competitors pushing you down in the serps and you'll wonder where the money went.

Great post , some how I havent been here in weeks yet I stared it,

Yes, I agree with 5 star its nice to share but if you just got your rocks off on a hot item that converting like mad, keep that on the hush hush...

But most of know that anyhow, we just share our "just kinda own this one" type of sites :)

But once again, Thanks to everyone that has kept this post alive and positive

I look forward to more sites and ideas :)

Yeah.. the sites I'd share are only my mediocre sites.. I don't think anyone with any experience is going to post a blockbuster...
