The layout needs some work. But you say it's a work in progress, so I'm assuming you're working on that.

 

Hmmm.. what do you mean? Can you tell me what you see that needs improvement - is it messed up? It looks fine to me in ie7 and firefox all suggestions are welcome.

I think you should get rid of the black background and make the text dark. Also the buy it now pic looks messed up with the black background since the word "buy" is also black.

 

nah, I think the dark looks good myself, but I would give the buy it now button a white background.

 

I tried it but I'd pretty much have to change the whole design for it to work - it's pretty messed up looking when I change it to a white background and since the site was designed by me (not a template) it's not really that easy to change the background color.

I personally agree - I like it on the black but don't know how to fix the buy it now button using the javascript.

The site is actually designed to be "similar" to the nascar . com site - definitely not identical.... don't want a law suit! so that's why the black background.

I threw it together very quickly so I may change it at some point - I'll just give it a bit and get my content together and see how things are going.

I'm fooling around with the rss feed now - I think it generally looks better than this does - when I've run into these pages before I've thought.. why wouldn't I just search ebay myself?? but I guess not everyone does that otherwise these kinds of pages wouldn't work.

I found a few other cj affiliates to use as well (if you look in the Nascar Collector section http://www.nascar-chicks.com/nascar-collector-case.html for example, I like those pages better, I just wish they showed the price... or is it better without?

Do the ebay listings work well?

None here, that's what I've tried too, adwords.

Actually I just deleted all 4 of my adwords campaigns, and will be starting from scratch. Things weren't working out, and I blew through $60 without making a single sale. $60 is a lot of money when you're in unversity. Oh, the booze I could have bought!
