Hey. This is getting frustrating for me. I keep changing the number of posts i show in my homepage in wordress.. and serps flutuate a lot!

At begining i was showing about 25 (i think a lil 2 much) Then reduced for 12 - (increased on page on serps!) now changed back to 15. Dropping again.

You have an ideia on how many posts we should show?

I would show as many as your template can blend in. I think blogs look horrible when they run off in either content or sidebars, meaning you have posts going down and down with not sidebar content. Again, this is more cosmetic than anything.

The reason your SERPs keep changing are due to the fact you keep changing your homepage, I'll bet they don't change for internal pages and only the homepage that you keep altering. Stick with one number and go with that.

Trust me on this one, stop changing the amount of internal links you have from your home page to stablize your search results position. Pick a number and stick with it.

I'm not going to give you a number, yes faster pages are better for your visitors, but so is access to content. You need to decide what is the proper amount that meets in between both those variables.
