    http://www.pagerankluck.com PR3 (SEOMOZ -PS-3) -have some PR2 categories--which were created by the previous owner.:D I bought this one in January and been trying hard to build backlinks since then. Its increasing rapidly.

    Rate is little bit high --but it is only to facilitate quality sites as my directory is Topsite categories only-very user friendly. :D
