Show Me How To Create Query/Filter To Sort Data In My Access DB

I will pay someone $10 just to show me how to create a query in my Access DP where one of my columns has numbers and the other has words, and I want a Query that has something like

output all rows of my DB where (F8 > 5) and (F5="the") into a new table.

That is pretty much exactly what I am trying to do.
