Yeah, it only tracks for pages that have the button image (without it, it's blind). So the tracking of forums.digitalpoint.com is really for people that read the first post of this thread only.

I think I've said it before, but I'll say it again. I hate you (in a nice jealous way) :)

Well done. I'll use it, you saved me a job....

Very cool. I put this on one of my sites earlier today. When I click on any of the pins and then click on the "View in Google Earth" I get a "The requested URL was not found on this server" message. Any ideas?

Oops... that's what I get for copy/pasting from the forum code. :) Google Earth stuff works on it now. I also made it so the shade of red (on the pins) is darker the more recent the visit was.

I hate the word and thought of man-crush. Makes me want to hit someone in the eye. Get some testerone and you won't get man crushes. It’s even worse if some guy says it directly to your face. “I think I have a man-crush on you.” That ends friendships. :)

Only 17 US visitors in the last 24 hours? We must all just be really close to each other.

That's a cool tool, added it to a couple of my sites and was pleased to see I already had 5 red bits when I checked it was working just after adding it.

Is it possible to link to the map with a conventional link and an extra parameter?

You could link to it with a conventional link to view the map (don't need an extra parameter), but in order to track, you still would need to show the image to the end user.

Does the markers remind anyone of the little people things used in the game of life?

When I look at the dp map I like to pretend I'm going around the map trying to get a wife and make kids and get a good job so I can retire and win the game.

I suppose it would be possible... would just need to map the longitude/lattitude boundaries for each time zone (which is pretty trivial)... Why? Like you want to see time zone boundaries on the map itself, or?
