from my opinion until today: very poor support, no response from all my email, giving only email which didn't describe anything. after receiving my money, they just look like to run away, giving no response, and leaving you with your angry face .... they said can be contacted through MSN/GTALK/AIM/Ticket but they never mention their ID, how can we contact them ???? I suggest DP should ban them, all user who promote shoutserv / numberonehost.co.uk ... * sigh * ps: I write this down as I'm very upset with their support, just giving up to send more and more email just to ask them, "when will my account up ?" The only thing that make me happy now is either refund all my money, or they setup my VPS account and fulfill what they've promised and giving (of course) compensation for their response's slowness (like two months free )
