Forums require a lot of resources especially with Shoutbox.

I have tried running Forums(IPB) on Shared server and it completely dies, at the same time, it causes the server load to be very high...

Hope that made some things cleared..

P/S: He was created a lot of tickets but i think this 2 is enough for all of you to stay away from them if you need a good hosting and good support.

 

and they don't cummunicate either i have gotton three different answers for 1 question when i was talking to support.

 

Guys, chill I have a vb forum, and have no problem at all with

this host, infact they help me alot in web hosting world,

so I say shoutser is value for money, lets just hope

they keep up the good works...

 

yeah its prolley just a problem with a particular server. I'm might buy their VPS' when the plans are up. but still bad reviews and only decent support.

I've made an order, and today is over 48 hours, still no emails give me details how to reach my vps,

only an email which didn't tell much about the vps.

$450 a month i'd never spend that much if it was the best server ever. and i though host gators Dedicated servers were the most i ever seen.

 

You do realize that its more than 1 server...right? Its $450 for all of them.

 

I will tell you the truth here. I've been moved from 1 server with lots of downtime to the actual ShoutServ server.. and the Shoutserv server is better so far.

It was slow at first, but it's been getting faster and faster.. slowly, as i am guessing they are flicking off the server resource abusers. Downtime has been minimal from what i've seen.

For such a small price, its been great.

 

And we are working to bring you no downtime at all. The only downtime we'd like, is for small routine maintenance, or for big upgrades. Other than that, we will work to bring you 99.9% uptime.

 

well i might consider it once you get all the REGULAR VPS plans up

Negative. Just really slow. I'll have the owner look at the server. I've done all I can for now.

 

@Schmarvin : I received installed notice about billing software, but where is my dedicated IP and private name server ?

Yea, I'm gonna notify the owner when he gets on. I'll take care of your IP and nameservers when he gets on as well. Okay, sorry for the wait. I had thought Aaron would at least have taken care of the nameservers for you.

 

Ok, i will wait more I think the billing system will be WHMCS or ModernBill but it is SolidState i need to buy another software it doesn't support MB.

 

Can i run HYIP or Get paid to complete offer script on server ?
