If you use 2gb and get suspended thats bullshit. These reviews are starting to change my mind!

We do not suspend people for using gigabytes of bandwidth. The client was suspended for overloading our CPU. We keep our resources shared and for everyone, not to be held by one client.

 

Your not supposed to have download sites anyways.

 

How can we know if it overloaded because of us?? So you terminate our accounts with no reasons?

thats the problem with these master resellers it starts an infinite chain of sites and sellers and its hard to keep up with.

 

Nope. We've got it under control. But, every once in awhile. When one of the staff isn't online, it gets a little out of control and we have to fix the problem.

Any recent reviews from customers that have been with this company for at least a month?

 

I am with them for a month.

Server was good in the beggining, but after they merged with shoutserv problems started appearing..

Hopefully that will be fixed aswell.

 

Hi everyone, if you are wondering about the recent downtime, it was caused by pikemanqn(his client), we even unsuspended it for him and then it was abused again and look what we found our server load to be because of him:

Top Process %CPU 90.36

This crashed our server, affected services and we worked hard to get it back up and get him suspended, it wasnt the space/bandwidth he was using, he was using almost all of the server and slowing and crashing the server. The only thing I could do was suspend him otherwise the server would be down as we speak.

PS. The script was very resource hogging, our server is top of the range and it still manage to bring down a 4 dual core xeon.

 

I believe we allow file hosters as long as there is no illegal, we allow proxys as long as they dont overload the server like pikemanqn did (raising the server load to over 90, when on average it is 0.23!).
We have plenty of space and bandwidth and the same goes for processors, but we do not tolerate scripts that overload the server. (in fact we even gave this guy a second chance, and he abused again).

Pikemanqn, this is the second time you have hosted a client that has broke the ToS and caused downtime, in the future please take more care and monitor your clients.

 

Yes you are right nick, All resellers should keep an eye on their clients to avoid downtime of the server. Just try to make it stable for everyone.

 

My client use Vbulletin with Shoutbox chat (newest version )
i don't think VBB need so much resource on server to run it !
May be that problem caused by shoutbox ? or other i asked my client and he said his forum still working normal until 2 time he need wait very long time to access his forum.

I suggested he should upload whole vbb site on virustotal to check . result will be provide ASPS
