    No, some twat was using up too many CPU resources and our 2 Dual-Core Xeon processors were overloaded.

    Bandwidth levels are fine. Everything is running smoothly again.

    From yesterday, since i have been switched to another server, my site is really really slow... I dunno why, i liked my previous server i was on.

    I cannot even load the Host site, www.shoutserv.com to submit a ticket on.

    If any of the tech/admin of shoutserv read this please do something about it.

    I was impressed with the previous server, as it had good speed and was fast, but not this one.

    Yea, its not really downtime. Its just so slow that it seems like the server is down. Someone is most likely overloading the CPU again. Don't worry, we'll catch him/her and terminate their account.
