should you submit each page of your website so they all appear in google

    No need to submit each page of your website, just the main domain, the search engine robots will then find the other pages

    off-course not, you dont need to submit every pages on search engines. Just make sure that all of your pages are intern linked so that search engine can crawl your other internal pages. cheers

    It depends on your requirements if there is a product details on internal page and you want to promote it so you have to submit it to google. :)

    Go to google webmaster tools You can get complete instructions on sitemaps there and you can submit your sitemap to them as well.

    I have learned that from my new website I avoided the sandbox altogether by not submitting to Google. I am convinced that submitting to Google is a bad thing. I made a PR-2 and was indexed instantly.
