Excuse me for bumping an old thread. As far as other nations and adwords, all depending on what you are selling, I would *not* knock off Bermuda. I lived there for many years, and it can be prime retail due to the uniqueness. Google it if you doubt me; but Bermuda is quite the business center, and has one of the highest per capita income in the world, above US and Canada, plus *zero* income tax, and is a tiny place [20 sq miles] so there is not much retail available. Locals ship in constantly, and buy online constantly. Hence you have a lot of people with large disposable incomes, limited brick/mortar shopping available to them, and people who shop online frequently...makes it prime. In fact, some companies have specific website sections just to market to Bermuda.
