should we use site structure by foldre-name/index.html

    Hey All,
    I've a website, which interlinking structure is www.sitename.com/folder-name/index.html.
    but Google cached only till folder-name, not use index.html of any folder.
    then should we work on folder-name URL or folder-name/index.html ?
    what should more beneficial for website.
