Should we go for SEO if our site is in under construction ?

    I agree with the rest. My personal opinion is, concentrate and finish one thing at a time. There is no use promoting with a half done site.

    Ideally you shouldn't submit your site even for SEO purposes unless its fully completed, if the crawlers come and see an unfinished site, then they can only judge your rankings based on what is available, unless you want to be ranked well for "under construction" :)
