Should this site be free?

    Hi ya'll! In the past few days I've though of making the following freelance site for free. Most of you probably know about GetAFreelancer.com, don't you? I got a site since November that offers the same services with some enhanced features when creating projects. The features include project management and monitoring etc. What do you think, shall I make this service free now as I really don't know how to attract freelancers and outsourcing companies without a marketing budget of 1000s of dollars!!
