Should the page title and header be exactly the same as your keyword?

Hey I'm a bit confused whether to change some of my page h1 tags and page titles so that they are identical to the keywords in the articles.

For example at the moment if I'm talking about a" keyword", the page title and header tag are "keyword facts", rather than "keyword"

Will this lower my cost per click or makes no difference?

It is advised that you select a keyword phrase ('keyword facts') and use it in the header, description, H1 tag and Inbound Links.

The order of the words must be the same, keyword facts vs. facts keywords are not the same. Left justify them as much as possible.

If you're trying to say whether there should be an H1 HEADER for your KEYWORD. Then yes, it is a good idea to do so. So if your keyword is "keyword facts" then it will be a good idea to have a H1 heading saying "Keyword Facts".

    Hope this answers your question.

OK thanks is it worth redoing the file names of the pages as well? If I do that I'm going to have to do a load of 301 redirects though

It is recommended to use keywords as file names BUT before you go ahead and change them make sure they don't affect your listing on search engines.
