    In my opinion, it does not matter in terms of backlinks, but it can matter in terms of language which is not desirable here.

    Doesn't have any affect. The only difference is that the user will see it more prominently, thats about it.

    It does not really make a difference as you can attain success with both. It basically depends on your quotation marks

    Google almost certainly converts all text to the same case when they are running their algorithm, so it does not matter.

    Not at all. Actually, it is even better if you use correct capitialization like "Blue Widgets" only the first letters are capitalized since google pays attention to grammar rules. Again, that is a theory.

    It doesn't matter, and also we can not control the anchor text form (like color, size,etc) in other's website if they have rules or function limits.

    it doesn't really matter now, search engine treats capitalize and non-capitalized anchor texts the same
