Should the ads title be in the page title as well?

Anyone likes to share his ideas on this one, maybe you got some solid prove to show. Im thinking to target a couple of one, two or three word phrases but these phrases aint in my title of the page at the moment. Is it necessay to add the extra word phrases in the title of the excisting pages or would the words in the text be enough to get a decent position? :D

With enough links and suitable anchor text its possible. The title is very valuable tho, I'd suggest utalizing it.

given enough links to a page, the anchor text don't even need to appear on the target page to let the page rank for something. "miserable failure", "waffles", "click here" all are examples of this.
