i would also say they should get shooted....... if people see that they do not get killed, they will do the same and all terrorists are going on with the sh*t...
I think shooting them is to good for them, you really want to put the fear and pain into them. Basically you want to bring them as close to death as possible without killing them.
So funny this thread. Nearly every country established can give it's thanks to acts of terrorism commited by it's forefathers and evcen those who have fought and won their freedom can once again give thanks to those who commited acts of terrorism. Terrorist will never dissapear because their the extremists of thier beliefs so shooting them won't do you any good nor will putting them in jail. If you want to send a message out then punsh the families not the person. Remember it's the person commiting the crime who has given over to the idea that he is happy to die for thier beliefs, but are the happy for thier families to be punished as well?

I just hope that the true terrorists would be punished and not the mistaken identity or the "fall guys" because I believed that some who are arrested are only frame-up
Realistically "summary judgment" is a poor choice for the two reasons noted in this thread. For one theres the possibility of abuse of that practice (ie - using it to settle scores with non-terrorists) and two... catching the footsoldiers can lead to catching the bigger fish, and they can sing louder if still alive. My desire to take them into custody stems from a preference for catching the planners. They can be executed later.
