I think they should be arrested, forced into revealing all that they know and executed according to the laws of the country. Killing terrorists are easy, trying to get at their mastermind is the difficult part.
Exactly. Police/military are trained to act faster than most of them can think. Most countries have anti terrorism laws that extend to about 2 feet of where you're all sitting right now. Everyone should have the right to a jury trial. Then... off with their heads.
Shooting them just make them martyrs, I rather that they be humiliated in the courts, stripped of all dignity and executed. Shooting them is too good a treatment for them.
Torture them untill they tell you everything then kill them. Humiliate them, everything. They do not deserve to be treated the same as anyone else. In my eyes they should have no human rights.
