Should my two ads be site wide, or should I have a separate ad units for each page

    Hello, right now I currently run a Travel site, and I set it up with two ads that are site wide. The only problem with this is that I figured the ads from the homepage (pertaining to the keywords) would not be relevant to a different page.

    For example, my homepage might be Europe Travel, I don't want someone to go to the Africa Travel section while the ads are still targeting the keywords from the homepage.

    Am I correct about this or do the ads change every time depending on the selected pages keywords?
