Should my small business think about using affiliate mkt?

I own a small business in Cleveland that assists seniors in finding the right aging community.

I deal mostly with their adult children when it comes to making this decision.

Since, I would just need leads from the Northeast Ohio area, could I still do some type of affiliate program?

I understand the leads would be smaller, but my pay outs would be much higher.

Whats the best thing for me to do to get started?
    -certain website?
    -any other ideas?

Aging community as in a retirement/old folks home? I don't think the internet can help you there. You'll probably have to do a search for TONS of old folks homes. Then, call those places and ask them if they're interested in some sort of affiliate/lead based compensation.

I already have about 200+ options that would be interested.

I just need an affiliate mkt process that would deliver me phone numbers of ppl in the Northeast Ohio area that are interested in senior living. This is the adult children and mainly the daughter.

The demand is there, I am just looking for another way to get numbers and e-mails of these geo-specific people.

Any ideas? Solutions? More effective ways to do this?
