    If I had to guess what the OP meant, it depends what kind of relationship. If it's a young one, it shouldn't matter as much, but at some point, of course money is important in today's society, it shows signs of stability and ability to care for a family.

    No friend money is not important than any relation.Yes money important for survive life but all our relation and love makes our life happy or any relation and love makes our life.So if we don't have our life than what will we do for that money.........
