In the internet business, I have seen one thing and that is most of the people want from you but do not want to give anything back. Usually I have seen people agreeing with me to share a small percentage of earnings from their website if I am able to monetize it. I show them good results of more than xx,xxx$ per month from the xxx$ per month they were making and next day they really do not want to give me my share because what I just did was easily and they think they could have done it too. I trust anyone so easily and more than twice this happened to me. Ah well, the interesting thing is that soon after they do not listen to anything I told them, and start doing what they want to do and when their income collapses they come back to me wanting to share the income if somehow I can turn things back. I guess it does not work like that.
Most people are greedy don't do any work until you sign a contract or get paid up front Hope this solves your problem
