Should I wait to submit?

I have a high quality blog/online magazine, that is spam free, light on advertising, and follows all of the search engine "rules." However the domain is only 2 months old, and the blog itself has only been launched for about a month now. I managed to get a PR2 with the last Google update.

Should I wait 6 months before I attempt to submit my site to DMOZ?

Maybe wait for the next PR update (predicted PR4-PR5)?

    Hello R_e_M_i_X,

we really dont care about PR. About sites age - in very rare occasions, when we doubt about possible mirrors and so on - nothing related to your site.

Submit it when you feel its ready for the public and your clients. And because - just suppose - your main activity is online shopping, dont submit the blog, just the main site.

And dont forget to find the best proper cat about it.

    Regards

I'd say yes, but that is simply my opinion.

My opinion is NOT based on domain age though, but rather content. Wait six months, but in the time be sure you are adding more & more content. You'll find that the more unique content the higher your chances of getting in, either on the off chance of an editor actually looking in the queue for it, or through an editor finding it through other methods.

Then again, if you do not plan on adding any content, then now is as good as time as any ;)

See, I was right, wait 6 months and you'll have a better shot at getting included within the directory. Numerology rarely lies, and on the off chance my occult sources are incorrect, it is now seemingly backed up by an Editor :p

Actually, I do have some internal information based on my occult Forum... in the little time I was an editor, I did come to understand that a forum will likely not get included if it does not have enough content/members/activitiy/etc...and that the same pretty much applies to other sites as well, such as a blog.

Waiting a little while while the site builds up content, certainly can not hurt.
