I ahve a very confusing problem. One of my pages is optimised for the word 'HYIP articles"
Now in the link back from other sites ,should I use the link anchor as "HYIP article" or "HYIP articles"
Does it make any difference because searches are made both for HYIP articles and HYIP articles

Ya it will be good if you use both singular and plural forms as an example suppose that you are targetting "seo services" then make sure that you also ustilise the use if "seo services".

Would you also consider it wise to use common misspellings and reverse order? A lot of SEO information says this is the case but I don't know if it would be worth it.

Plurals: In the future, I think that more of the engines will use 'stemming' so plurals will not be worth the bother. (it may be the case now)

As for spelling mistakes: try looking to see if the negative impact is worth the added traffic. If I see a site with bad spelling, I think that it is generally poor form... I think that SEOs consider this to be a 'good thing to do' to get more traffic, but USEREX (user experience) shows us that this is not a great idea.

No I am not saying to use misspellings in your content but you can use it in your keywords and in your incoming links.

Trust people to click on the "did you mean" in Google.

It is safer than a client looking at your site and leaving in disgust... Unless you sell holiday homes or sunbeds or other such items.
Would Mrs Smith (Jones, Bloggs etc) care that you have mispelt SNUBEDS if you have the best price and can deliver and it comes undamaged... BUT if she does notice and the delivery is shoddy or you over charge or something is broken when it is delivered - she might remember the poor website and you'd not get any repeat business from her...
