Should I use no-follow in the main Menu for SEO optimization

    Hi Friends!

I have made backlins on my home page. I don't want Google to pass link juice to other pages like "About Us" "Login" "Testimonial" etc.

Is it good to put No-follow links in the menu for these pages?
Please let me know if you are really sure about something.

    Thank you.

A link is a link it will pass link juice. Just in the case of a no-follow link it will get dumped. It means that it will not reach to the referred site.

Yes, that is just lost link juice - meaning there will be a little less link juice in your site overall. I would never do this.

I don't agree with you. This is your own internal page. If you use "no-index" tag for those About, Login pages then it's fine to use rel=no-follow. But if those pages are indexed in search engine like Google then you should use "follow" link attribute, because this is your website internal page and if you passes your link juice for all pages this will help you to get better performance on SERP.

Hi All, there is no scene to talking about no follow tag now as from 1 Sep.
Google to stop supporting noindex directive in robots.txt and
Changes are coming to how Google understands some of the unsupported directives in your robots.txt file.

You have failed to understand what Google is doing. Noindex & nofollow are STILL supported in the META ROBOTS tag, so they are STILL valid to use.

What I stated above is valid NOW and will STILL be valid a YEAR from now, long AFTER your September date. You need to learn how to read.
