Should I use low traffic keywords in my adgroups?

Currently I have my account enabled to broad match and the budget optimizer is on. My question is should I include low traffic keywords in my adgroups? The keywords in question have no data display when it comes to showing volume trends and barely have a green bar when it comes to showing keyword search volume. The QS for them is great with a min. CPC of $.05 and max. CPC of $2.90

Because I am using broad match these keywords will trigger my ads whether they are in my adgroup or not.

Will having them in my adgroups negatively affect my account?

Should I leave them in or remove them?

Thanks for your help in advance.

You should leave them. If its quality score is great than ok. You should move to other group or remove keywords, which haave very low CTR. They will lower your QS.

I use them. But make sure to put them in separate groups. People type in all sorts of odd searches. If you don't get any clicks after a month or so, you might want to can the ad group.
