I'm flabbergasted, kind of don't know what to do or think. $260 on a Sunday. My monthly ad spend is only $200. Is it typical, for those of you who are used to using PPC, to cover your monthly budget in a day? Or would you increase your budget to (hopefully) increase your conversions? I really don't know if this is an anomaly, or if this is a typical ROI, so please tell me everything you can (without giving up the kitty, of course). Thanks, Pat
I'd opt out of the content network first where the conversions are typically lower. I'd also try to refine my keywords in order to make them more specific.
If id spent $200 for a month and earnt that in a day, i would bang on an extra $50 the following month and keep on doing the same every month until you find it going down or levelling out - however ive only used ppc once and so am by no means an expert, infact i would class myself as a novice with ppc
Thanks for the replies. That's pretty much what I'm doing now, and I'm a total novice at this. I started with a $100 budget last month, and now I've doubled it. I just don't want to play too conservatively. Cheers
Nice work - up it slowly,as you are comfortable. You want to increase your ROI, but not have 1 bad day and blow all the money you made.
Congratulations. Just remember to not put all your eggs in one basket though, what you should do is a little more testing first in my personal opinion before you start having a monthly budget like with other networks such as Adsung. Once you have found the best ones for you, then you should start having a monthly budget and then once your making a nice ROI increase spending etc.
Here is some tips on PPC like adword. -If you are not profitting, increasing your budget is not the best idea. Take a look at your "keywords" and make sure they are (specific) relating to your site or the product you're selling. -If a keyword is too expensive, don't compete to get first place. Getting 5-10 place is OK and it will fit your budget better. -You want to make your keyword specific because you want to attract "targeted traffic" only. They are the one that are looking to buy your product or service. Otherwise your are just waisting advertising money. Good Luck, Paolee
