should I take the money and run?

I own the domain dimq.com.
I wasn't planning to sell it, but someone approached me and offered $1,000 for it.
It seems to me like a very good price and I'm tempted to sell. What do you experts think?

Yeah, that's all. Seriously though, take it... whoever offered that amount is a nutcase. Be careful of scammers though.

Yes take the money and withdraw, I hope the guy is not trying to scam you if yes he will ask you to go for a paid appraisal .
