I haven't read this thread and nor do I need to, "Should I sue Google?" ... No. Whatever it is, the answer is no lol.
google is not your typical mom and pap store that you can threaten to sue if you like to. All of us combined is just a little ant to google, and how much have you prepared on side to file this lawsuit? Don't waste your time, and move on. their term is they can terminate you with no reason at all, so next time when you press that agree checkbox, read their TOS carefully.
Well, if you think the thing is a 1000 pages long it's obvious that you never read it. If you never read it, who knows what you might have been doing that would have been covered by it. Go ahead and sue, though. For whoever it was that said you had no say in the Terms so a court would give you the advantage, well it's people like this who obviously have no clue. You weren't forced to join the program. To join the program, you had to agree to the terms. Your suit would probably be tossed during Discovery or earlier.
DID you place "Privacy Policy" at your site??? If not then you violated their TOS. But still i am sorry for you. Hoping you will get your account back.
