if you really want to sue google, use publicity rather than go the court straight away

Of course you are frustrated and angry. Thousands have been there. The reality is that they have an iron-clad TOS (that you agreed to), teams of lawyers, and billions of dollars. How do you think you'll fair against that?

The only thing you'll succeed in doing is going broke trying to make a dent in this behemoth. What you are suggesting is not realistic - best to pick yourself up and move into something more lucrative like affiliate marketing.

Speaking as an advertiser - no site has the RIGHT to make money from adsense.
Ulimately it's advertisers money that Google is protecting (and yes, they do credit adwords accounts for invaild clicks, they don't just keep the money).
The entire adwords system can only work if advertisers are confident that google will crack down hard and fast on problem sites, and frankly, an advertiser doesn't care if there are invalid clicks from you, your brother, or a bot sent by a business rival, they just want their ads off the site.

maybe try and get someone on the phone from google? I know that might be near impossible but its worth a shot. write them letters too. if you are really looking for answers, reach out to them often and consistently.

suing them is silly that will get you nowhere and cost, at minimum, a few thousands I imagine.

Thanks all for your input people. If you read my responses earlier. You'll see that I WONT be suing them.
This is undoubtedly a small issue. I felt extremely frustrated and insulted after reading that mail.
To someone who suggested I was "wasting traffic". I ran a Loan management site for Medical students as I myself am one and managing loans to the amount of $350,000-$450,000 gets a bit tougher. How was I wasting traffic? You also suggested, Affiliate marketing? I do not have time for that as I have wasted enough.

Do I have the ability to sue them? ---> Quite politely Yes, BUT I WONT as i don't have the time for such a minor issue.
Will I use their search engine? ---> Yes I will!
