should i start my own directory on my 1 month old website?

    good day, this is my first post here

    i started a new website around a month ago and i have learned pretty well that building backlinks its one of the most important things a new site can do, aside of seo/traffic and stuff like that

    on some directories that has "room" for my niche are requesting to link back and some others will not accept me in without linking back

    so i wonder, should i start a directory in a brand new website or should i wait untill the site has more weight?

    You should do it now, cos, then you got all the links on your site, then thre is more visiters, that means more adsense money :D
