Should I Sell This Site?

    Hello,

I have several websites that have been up and running for a while and the truth is that I just haven't got enough time to do them all justice. Plus I really need to concentrate my efforts elsewhere at this time. Anyway...

One of my sites is an information resource for guitar players. You can find it at www.rich-pickings.com. The site has been well indexed by Google and it currently pulls about 40 – 50 uniques a day (proof available). I make a (small) income from Adsense and affiliates, but I'm sure that with some work it could become a nice little earner for somebody with knowledge of the guitar / music niche.

My question is: Do you think it is worthwhile selling the site? And if so; how much do you think it is worth?

Sites usually sell at x times the monthly income, say 10-12x is usual.
The more continuous months of income stream you can prove, the better.

As for whether to develop or not, its really mostly about lost opportunity cost etc.
