I have written an ebook, which I have turned into a web page. The person can read the ebook, by entering their email, and first name. I then send them the link to where they can read the ebook online. I am currently giving the ebook away for free. I make money from the ebook through adsense clicks, and affiliate programs that I promote through the e-book. My question is should I try to sell the ebook, or continue to give it away for free? My ebook is about making money online. I have my ebook site located here http://www.200dad.com I plan to redesign the site to make it look better. Thanks, Kyle
Leave it free for sure! There is a huge number of books with a similar content out there. My suggestion would be: 1. Make professional looking site. This is a must. 2. Try to link other stuff to your free e-book. Like affiliates. Let it be your seller. But do provide a value to your customers. Without that e-book free or payable one is waste of time. xino
I have to agree! Keep the e-book free. Have it on a professional looking website with just a few good paying affiliate links.
Keep it free but put some of your links in it. This will generate more value in terms of visitors and possibly backlinks in the future.
I would also recommend to keep it free. Just add aff links to the content and encourage to distribute the book!
I would also give it out for free, you might be able to profit more that way by promoting your services or sneaking in some affiliate links here You'll also get many more readers of course.
